AI for Executives

Stop nodding, Start knowing. Eight weeks to beย AI-native.

A hands-on programme for senior executives. Use AI yourself, learn what's worth building, and leave with it working, inside your organisation or in a practice of your own.

Which one are you?

Sit on a board? There's a briefing for that โ†’

Founding cohort starts January 2027. Application only. USD 3,500.

15 executives per cohort. Taught by the best.
Hands-on from week one, on your real work
No technical background. We start from basics.

Who it's for

Senior executives who've heard a lot about AI and used very little of it.

Two paths, one room

Lead it inside your organisation, or build a practice of your own.

Ten seats

Every executive works with Newan directly, every week.

The problemLeading AI

Everyone expects you to have an AI answer. Nobody gave you time to find one.

The board wants to know the plan. Vendors want a meeting. Your team is waiting to be told what's allowed.

And most of what you know about AI came from someone selling it. A summary, a demo, a deck with a hockey stick on slide nine.

You're about to make one of the biggest technology calls of your career on secondhand information. You'd never sign off a budget that way. This shouldn't be the exception.

Business schools teach you to talk about AI. Vendors teach you to buy it. Nobody makes you use it.

That's the gap. Every decision about AI gets better once you've used it yourself, and almost no executive has. You don't need to become an AI operator. You need to have sat in the seat once.

01Brief it.
02Watch what it gets right.
03Catch what it gets wrong.

After that, you're the one in the room who knows, not the one being told. That's what these eight weeks do.

Before and after

Same experience. A different way of working.

That gap is the whole programme.

The eight weeks

Five weeks together. Three on your path. Something changes after every session.

SharedWeeks 0 to 5 ยท everyone together

We set it up with you.

One to one, before the cohort starts. Accounts, tools, your first working session. You arrive ready, not wrestling with passwords.

1

You see your own week clearly.

The Executive Audit. Everything you do, sorted into three piles: what AI can do alone, what it does with you, and what only you can do.

2

Your week starts running differently.

The briefing is ready before the meeting. The first draft exists before you sit down. You feel the difference by Friday.

3

What you know becomes something you can ask.

Thirty years of expertise, or your organisation's scattered knowledge, turned into something that answers questions in seconds.

4

You can see through the noise.

What's real, what's coming in the next two years, and what's vendor theatre. You'll never sit through a demo the same way again.

5

You build one yourself.

Something that runs, on your real work. This is the week executives stop approving things they don't understand.

Leading AIWeeks 6 to 8 ยท on your path
6

You know what to build first.

The audit, applied to your organisation. Opportunities ranked by value and risk, and the one worth starting with.

7

You have a plan your board will sign.

The roadmap, the business case, the ground rules, and the people who'll run it. Written by you, in your language.

8

You walk out ready to start on Monday.

You present your plan to the room. You leave with your first pilot scoped and the team named.

What you leave with

Whichever path you're on.

Everyone

  • A week that runs differently. Hours back, starting in week two.
  • Firsthand judgement. You've used it, built with it and broken it. Nobody can sell you a story about it again.
  • Something you built yourself, running on your real work.
  • A room of peers who are figuring out the same thing at the same level.

Leading AI, plus

  • An AI plan you wrote and can defend in front of your board
  • The first pilot, scoped and ready, with the team named
  • Ground rules for your organisation, written by someone who's used the tools
  • The questions that end a vendor pitch

The room

Ten executives. Half leading it inside. Half building their own.

That mix is deliberate.

The executives leading AI inside their organisations meet the independent advisers they'll want to hire. The executives going independent meet the buyers they'll want to work for, and hear their real problems before pitching them.

Everyone in the room has run something serious. Nobody has to pretend they've got AI figured out. That's rarer at this level than it should be.

You sit with the five building practices: the advisers you may want to hire.

Who teaches this

From one founder to another.

I'm Newan. I started my first technology business at 19, and I now advise leadership teams on rolling out AI, including in regulated industries where governance has to be right from day one.

Right now I'm leading a live AI rollout across a 150-person finance team in Australia. I also run Talvin AI and Delta Camp, both with AI doing most of the operating.

What I bring is the half you don't have yet. How it actually works, where it breaks, and what's worth your time.

I teach every session myself. That's why there are ten seats.

Our commitment

Two promises. No small print.
Session one100%refund

Come to the first session. If it isn't what you expected, tell us before the second and we refund you in full.

Week eight+60days, free

Come to every session and do the work. If you reach Week 8 without your plan ready for the board, we keep working with you one to one for up to 60 more days, at no cost.

For boards

Your board is being asked to oversee something most directors have never used.

A half-day briefing for boards, delivered in your boardroom or online. Where AI actually is, what management should be able to answer, and the questions every director should be asking.

Directors leave having used it, not just heard about it.

For organisations

Send your leadership team. Or give your retiring leaders somewhere to take thirty years of knowledge.

Run the programme privately for your executive team, with every LEAD path built on your organisation.

Or sponsor seats for leaders who are stepping down. They leave with a practice, and some of them end up as your best advisers.

Questions.

I'm not technical. Will I keep up?+

Yes. If you can brief a team, you can do this. Week 0 is set up one to one, so nobody starts behind.

Is this strategy or hands-on?+

Hands-on, and that's the point. The strategy gets better because you've used the tools, not the other way round.

Why are working and retiring executives in the same room?+

Because they need each other. One side is about to hire advisers. The other side is about to become one. Both are learning the same thing, from the same starting point.

How is this different from executive AI programmes at business schools?+

Those teach you to talk about AI and lead it in theory. Here you use it every week, on your own work, and leave with something running.

You're a lot younger than me. Why learn this from you?+

Fair question. You bring thirty years of judgement. I bring a way of working that barely existed two years ago. Neither of us could teach the other's half, which is why it works.

What about confidentiality and company data?+

It's the first thing we set up. We're specific about what should never go into an AI tool, and the tools are configured so your data stays under your control. On the LEAD path, governance is part of the plan you write.

Can my company pay?+

Yes. We invoice organisations directly.

I sit on a board. Is this for me?+

If you also run something or want to build your own, yes. If you need your whole board up to speed, the board briefing is the faster route.

What if I miss a session?+

It's recorded, and we cover it in your one-to-one that week.
