Do I need to know how to code?+
No. Every Delta Camp programme is built for non-technical professionals. If you can use email and a spreadsheet, you have what you need. No coding, no technical background, no prior automation experience required.
I'm already good at my job. Is this for me?+
Especially if you are. The professionals who get the most out of this are already high performers — they have enough context to know which parts of their week are worth automating, and enough standing to act on it. This isn't remedial. It's what people ahead of the curve do before the rest of their field catches up.
Which programme should I start with?+
If you've never used AI tools at work — Introduction to AI at Work. If your organisation uses Microsoft 365 — Copilot Champion. If you're ready to build automations into your actual job — the 8-Week Cohort. If you want to build a product or business — the Founder Programme or Vibe Coding 101. Still unsure? Take the free Automation Audit and we'll map it for you.
Will my company pay for this?+
Many participants have had their programme fees covered as professional development — particularly when framed around upskilling in their current role, not a career change. We can provide a short brief you can take to your manager. Worth asking.
How much time per week does this take?+
The Foundation programmes (AI at Work and Copilot Champion) run at 2–3 hours per week. The 8-Week Cohort and Founder Programme run at 3–5 hours. You keep your job throughout — the work you do in the programme is built around your job, not instead of it.
What if I miss a session?+
Every session is recorded and the community channel stays open between sessions. Missing a week won't hold you back. Stopping will. The people who fall behind are the ones who stop building — not the ones who miss a Tuesday.
What do I actually walk away with?+
Proof, not a certificate. Live automations running in your real job, a dashboard showing hours recovered, and the thinking pattern that lets you keep building after the programme ends. That's what Delta Certified means.
What's the difference between the 8-Week Cohort and the Founder Programme?+
The 8-Week Cohort is for professionals automating their existing job — the repetitive work, the manual reporting, the back-and-forth that piles up. The Founder Programme is for people building a new business from scratch using AI as their build team. Different starting point, different outcome.
Can I do more than one programme?+
Yes. Many participants start with a Foundation programme and move into the 8-Week Cohort. The Automation Audit done in Week 1 of the cohort builds on what you learned in the Foundation track. Each programme is designed to stand alone, but they stack well.
What does it cost?+
Pricing is confirmed when each cohort opens for enrolment. It sits well below career-change bootcamp pricing — because this is not a career change programme. You keep your job. You just stop doing the parts of it that don't need you. Take the free Automation Audit and we'll include pricing when we reach out.
