The problem
The licences are paid for. Nothing has changed.
Most organisations have bought the tools. Copilot licences, ChatGPT Teams accounts. Nobody uses them at scale. And six months later, the people who were already using AI are still the only ones using AI β no new teams join the adoption.
One-off training doesn't change behaviour. What changes behaviour is making it competitive. The Championship changes the unit of change from the individual to the department β and adds the one thing every AI training programme is missing: real stakes.
Where this fits
Strategy or training alone doesn't stick. The Championship is where both happen.
Enterprise AI Strategy
Delta Camp goes in as a fractional Chief AI Officer. 90 days at board and C-suite level β mapping your AI opportunity, assessing risk, setting governance, and building a 12-month roadmap. For organisations that need alignment before activation.

12 weeks. Cross-departmental. Competitive. Coaching throughout. Ends with a live finale and automations running in production across your organisation.
12 weeks Β· 3β6 departments
AI Transformation Partner
After the Championship, Delta Camp stays embedded as a long-term operating partner β weekly access sessions, ticket-based support, quarterly roadmap reviews. Builds on the champions and systems your teams created.
Three phases. Twelve weeks. Coaching the whole way through.
Week 1 Β· Phase 1 β Foundation
Kickoff Day (in-person)
All departments in the room, together. This isn't a training session β it's the starting gun. Teams complete their first Automation Audit: every participant maps their actual tasks into what AI can run alone, what it assists, and what stays human. Coaches facilitate. By the end of Day 1, every team has a target.

The output
By the time teams walk into the finale, the automations have already been running for weeks.
Structured coaching for every department
Not centralised training that every team attends. Each department has a dedicated Delta Camp coach for the 12 weeks β someone who knows their workflow, their backlog, and their blockers.
Tooling guide matched to your stack
No generic curriculum. The tools taught are the tools your organisation actually uses. If you're Microsoft-first, we coach Copilot and Power Automate. If you're Google Workspace, we match that. If you're using Make or Zapier already, we accelerate from there.
Mid-point assessment
At Week 7, every team gets a progress report and standing in the Championship. Leadership gets a summary view across all departments.
Why not a bigger firm
The coaches in this programme are operators. They've run the playbook in real organisations.
Operators, not consultants
Every Delta Camp coach is actively using AI in their actual work β finance leaders, marketing heads, operations managers. They haven't read the case studies. They've run the automations, hit the blockers, and worked out what actually sticks inside a team that has a day job. That's the difference between a coaching session and a training module.
Real work, not demos
The automations your teams build during the Championship are built on your real workflows, your real tools, your real data. There are no case studies, no demo environments, no hypotheticals. The only brief is: make something in your actual job faster, better, or automated. If it doesn't run in production, it doesn't count.
The programme pays for itself inside 12 weeks
By the time teams reach the finale, the automations they shipped in Phase 2 have already been running for three to four weeks. Before the board hears a single presentation, the ROI is already measurable. The finale doesn't ask leadership to believe in projected savings β it shows them what's already saved.
The Championship
There's something on the line.
Champion of Champions
One individual, nominated by Delta Camp coaches, for going furthest. Not the highest scorer β the person who built the most, taught the most, and dragged their team with them.
AI-Native Department of the Year
The winning department, recognised at board level. The trophy stays in their space. Recognised in the organisation's communications.
Most Innovative Solution
The single best automation across all teams β chosen by the executive panel for creativity, impact, and replicability. Could have been built by anyone in any department.
Delta Camp AI Champion Credential
Every participant who completes the programme receives the Delta Camp AI Champion credential. Verifiable. Shareable on LinkedIn. Proof that they've shipped AI into their actual job β not that they attended a training session.

Straight answers.
What leadership teams ask before committing a cohort.
What's the difference between Delta Transform and the AI Innovation Championship?
Delta Transform is a structured multi-week rollout, department by department. Your teams build automations, the capability stays. The Championship does all of that β and adds competitive structure, cross-departmental coaching, a public scoring rubric, and a live finale your executive team attends. Transform is the right call when you want focused capability-building inside one or two departments. The Championship is the right call when you want the whole organisation to move together.
Do we need to start with the Enterprise AI Strategy before the Championship?
Not necessarily. The Championship works as a standalone activation β the Automation Audit in Week 1 builds a team-level view of the AI opportunity, which is often enough to get started. The Strategy engagement is for organisations where the board hasn't aligned on AI direction yet. If leadership has clarity, skip straight to activation.
How many departments can enter?
Three to six works best. Fewer than three and the competitive element stops doing its job β there isn't enough cross-department visibility to create momentum. More than six and coaching capacity gets stretched thin across the 12 weeks. If you want to run the whole organisation, we'd usually stage it across two cohorts rather than dilute the coaching.
What happens if a department falls behind?
That's what the gates are for. Every team needs one automation running by Week 5 and two deployed by Week 9. A team that's behind gets flagged at the Week 7 mid-point, not at the finale, so their coach has five weeks to intervene. The gates exist to surface problems while there's still time to fix them.
Is the competition going to create friction between departments?
In practice it does the opposite. The bi-weekly Show & Tell means teams see each other's builds and copy them β the scoring rewards adoption and scalability, not secrecy. The competitive frame gives people a reason to pay attention to what the department next door is doing, which is usually the hardest thing to manufacture in a large organisation.
Who should be on each department's team?
People who own the work, not people who are free. The strongest teams mix someone senior enough to approve a process change with two or three people who actually run the process day to day. Technical skill is not the filter β every build is visual and no-code.
Enquire
Not sure where to start? Let's talk for 20 minutes.
Tell us about your team β size, function, and the kind of work that's eating your week. We'll tell you honestly whether Delta Blueprint or Delta Transform makes sense, and what to expect.
Cohorts run quarterly. Organisations that enquire early get first access to coaching capacity and cohort scheduling. There's no obligation in the first conversation β it's 30 minutes to understand whether the Championship is the right fit for where your organisation is.
